Murr will report to Chad Martin, Chief Financial Officer. She joins PPS from RadNet, Inc., the largest provider of diagnostic imaging services, where she was responsible for national quality and performance improvement programs, AR management, and government reimbursement and compliance across 178 outpatient centers. Rob comes to us with a breadth of call center and operations experience spanning over 20 years. Most recently Rob has been an operations consultant for Boscov's Department Store in the Philadelphia area. Prior to that, Rob worked in a leadership role in the retail and travel industries managing call center, sales and collection operations. With more than 20 years as a customer care leader, Winters brings a wealth of experience to the PPS team. Winters will report to Chris Kane, Chief Operating Officer. Winters joins PPS from Citigroup where he was Senior Vice President for Citicards' Cardmember Services. In that role, he managed 3,500 customer service associates in 6 countries. Prior to Citigroup, Winters served as Vice President of Patient Care for Express Scripts Inc, a $10B national pharmacy benefit management company. At Scripts, he was instrumental in building a strong culture of patient care and customer satisfaction throughout the organization.
