Peter Kelly, President and CEO

Peter Kelly is President and CEO of PPS. Kelly has guided the company through 15 years of growth including its sale in 2008 to Teijin Holdings, a $10 billion Tokyo-based healthcare and materials company with global growth plans. His prior experience includes working with the venture capitalists TA Associates, where he specialized in private investment opportunities. Kelly serves as a director of Guardian Home Care Holdings, Inc., and as both Director and Chairman of ResponseLink, LLC. He is Chair of the Council for Quality Respiratory Care, and is an active voice for home respiratory therapy. Kelly is a former Director of American Association for Homecare, Medical Equipment Distributors, Inc. and the Governance Institute. Kelly received a BA in Science, Technology, and Social Theory, an MS in Industrial Engineering and an MBA, all from Stanford University.

Chris Kane, COO

Chris Kane assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer in January 2008. Kane joined PPS in 2002 as Director of Marketing and was promoted to Vice President of Government Affairs in 2005. Prior to PPS, he held executive positions in marketing and communications with ProcurePoint Travel Solutions, a provider of specialized software solutions to the corporate travel industry, and siteROCK, a provider of remote infrastructure monitoring solutions. Kane serves on the Board of Directors of the American Association for Homecare. He received a BA in Philosophy from Clark University.

Chad Martin, CFO

Chad Martin has been the Chief Financial Officer for PPS since 2004. Prior to joining PPS, he worked for Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the firm's Investment Banking Division. He also served as an Investment Banking Associate and Vice President in Goldman's Technology, Media and Telecommunications Group, and as an Investment Banking Analyst in Goldman's Mergers and Acquisitions Department. Martin serves on the Board of Directors for the Pension Fund of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) and the Disciples Divinity House at the University of Chicago. He received his BBA in Finance from Texas Christian University, and received his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Jon Alsterlind, Vice President, Finance

Jon Alsterlind assumed the role of Vice President, Finance, in 2008. Alsterlind joined PPS in 2002 as Assistant Controller and was promoted to Controller in 2004. Prior to joining PPS, he served as the Corporate Controller at WorkSpeed, an ASP for the commercial real estate industry, and as an Audit Manager with the public accounting firm of Shea Labagh Dobberstein, CPAs, Inc. Alsterlind received a BS in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco.

Jason Anderson, Senior Vice President, Sales and Field Operations

Jason Anderson has served as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Field Operations since 2007. He joined PPS in 2003 as Center Manager. He was promoted to Area Manager in 2003, to Region Manager in 2005 and to Region VP in 2006. Prior to PPS, Anderson held several positions with the City of Los Angeles, including Assistant Deputy Mayor, and also worked for First Union Bank as Assistant Vice President. Anderson received a BA in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame, and an MBA from Stanford University.

Chin Chao, Vice President, Information Technology

Chin Chao joined PPS in 2003 as the Director of Development and was promoted to Vice President, Information Technology, in 2007. Prior to PPS, Chao was the Director of E-Business Practice at Surebridge, Inc. He received a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Jim Doty, Vice President, Marketing

Jim Doty joined PPS in 2001 as the Director of Marketing. He assumed responsibility for IT in July 2002 and was promoted to Vice President of Marketing in 2003. Prior to joining PPS, Doty was Vice President of Marketing & Sales for Echobridge, an Internet solutions company. Prior to Echobridge, he served as Director of Marketing of Conceptus, a venture-funded medical device company. He has also worked as Manager of New Product Development with Scimed Life Systems; New Business Development at Pharmacia Ophthalmics and held operational, sales and marketing positions at Cooper Vision, Intraocular Lens division. He received a BS in Sociology from the University of Oregon.

Carolyn McElroy, Vice President and General Counsel

Carolyn McElroy joined PPS in 2005 after having served as the company's outside health care regulatory counsel for several years. McElroy was previously a partner in the Washington, DC offices of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, and she was a health care fraud prosecutor with Medicaid Fraud Control Unit of the Maryland Attorney General's Office. She received a BS from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire and a law degree from the University of Maryland Law School.

Nancy Murr, Vice President, Revenue

Nancy Murr joins Pacific Pulmonary Services as the Vice President of Revenue. Prior to joining PPS, Murr was Senior Vice President at RadNet, Inc., the largest US provider of diagnostic imaging services, where she was responsible for revenue cycle management and the associated responsibilities of reimbursement, compliance, quality improvement and internal controls. Her previous experience also includes serving as Vice President at US Oncology, Inc., the owner/President of Medical Management, Inc., a healthcare consulting company, and as an Assistant Professor in the graduate healthcare administration program at Texas Women’s University. Murr received a BS in Medical Technology from Louisiana State University, an MBA from the University of Missouri, and is certified as a Medical Technologist.

Debbie Shotwell, Vice President, Human Resources

Debbie Shotwell joined PPS in 2008. Prior to joining PPS, Shotwell was Group Vice President, People and Talent, at Taleo Corporation, where she was instrumental on the IPO team. Earlier she held VP of Human Resources positions at Peoplesoft, Inc., American Protective Services, and AvalonBay Communities, Inc., and a management-level position at PacificCare Health Systems. She received a BS in Business with an emphasis in Human Resource Management and a minor in Communications from California State University, Sacramento and is a Certified Compensation Professional, in addition to being active in several professional and non-profit organizations.

Alan Winters, Senior Vice President, Customer Care

Alan Winters joined PPS as the Senior Vice President of Customer Care, in 2009. Prior to PPS, Winters was Senior Vice President for Citicards' Cardmember Services at Citigroup. In that role, he managed 3,500 customer service associates in 6 countries. Prior to Citigroup, Winters' experience includes Vice President of Patient Care for Express Scripts Inc, a $10B national pharmacy benefit management company; Vice President of Customer Solutions for SprintPCS; and Director of Customer Service at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. He received a BS in Business Administration from the University of Nevada and an MBA from Washington University.
